Great welcome, spacious and cosy room, lovely view, convenient location, helpful staff.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Kennington tube station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast provided is tasty and there is plenty on offer. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cannot find any fault.

Bed was loose and not sturdy. Mattress didn't fit the bed frame and pillows kept falling through.

The location of this B&B was excellent, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was very close to the Kennington underground station, making it convenient for getting around the city. it wasn't far from Borough Market, which had great restaurants that were easily accessible via the tube. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with comfy beds and fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruits and a variety of convenience food products like croissants and crumpets. The kitchen was also accessible for a hot drink or cold drink throughout the day.

The bedroom and closet doors were quite difficult to open or close, resulting in loud noises that could disturb other guests.

Conveniently located next to a tube station. Homely atmosphere with a friendly resident cat. Stylish and well-equipped rooms with unexpected spaciousness. Good selection of continental breakfast items. Comfy extra wide beds and excellent bathroom facilities.

The instructions for arrival were easy to follow, and I was able to get into my room without any issues. The room itself was well-sized, clean, and comfortable, especially the pillows. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and I appreciated the cleanliness.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this area and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and comfort provided. The location was fantastic, as it was right next to a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of options for dining nearby, including some great restaurants in Borough Market, which was just a short tube ride away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a sitting area, and even a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. I also loved the fact that the room had ironing facilities, a safe, and a television, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a convenient location.
